DeleteHR depth has to play major role for a.comoany and specially in Sri Lanka current context, where people suffers with high inflation while companies not in position to increase the remuneration equal to inflation as they top suffer with furious ways for their income. So HR must need to play big role to keep the workers satisfy with build great environmental work place to retain the workers with focus of their hob rolls.
