  8. Employee performance is a very important part of the HR system. Because according to the employee their continuous successful career depends on their employee performance and employee performance evaluation. In other part of the employer, employee performance caused to achieve organization goals and accurate and efficient production process without any breaks. So that employer has a responsibility to measure employee's performances independent and make their job satisfaction through making necessary decisions. It may caused to reduce employee turnover and increase employee motivation.
