DeleteEmployee diversity is one of advantage to the organization. It's because there are many people not only physical variation but they have various attitude, skills, abilities....Etc. If the management of the organization identify these various specialties they can make the different out come over than they expect. Not only advantages there might be some toxic, uncontrolled employees. So that management of the organization need to change and plan another decision how we make them towards organization goals without any harm to others.You have clearly mentioned using diagram, flow chart that how those impacts are identify and categorizes.
