others, are motivating factors as during appraisal system. Individuals who are
inspired are more likely to work with the organization for a long period of
time. (Chenhall & Langfield, 2003)

Thus, having effective
performance appraisal and rewarding systems in place can lead to better staff
motivation and willingness to work that would ultimately increase the overall
employee performance.
